Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns on unsealed items such as intimate apparel.

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Return Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and include a return authorization number. Items must be returned within 14 days of authorization. Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure a safe return process.
