The item has not been used, worn or washed; The item tags and original packaging are intact; It is not a sale, special offer or final clearance item.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns on unsealed items such as intimate apparel.

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address. Return Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and include a return authorization number. Items must be returned within 14 days of authorization. Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure a safe return process.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return item, eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method used when you purchased. Please note that the refund arrival time may vary depending on your bank or payment platform.
